Oh my! We are seven weeks and have met our new families!

We are growing quickly! This past weekend we met our new families and we sure like them! We've also been moved into a larger pen in the garage for rainy days and afternoons when Jim is working. That means we have three areas to play, sleep and eat in!

As for our social development, we've been romping with each other and Mom has been teaching us how to behave and stay together. She also loves to run and play with us outside the pen. We get to do that every week night when Ann comes home from work. Round and round the yard we go!!! Holy cow can we run!!!!!

It's hard to believe but in one more week we join our new families!

We Just Turned Six Weeks Old!

Ann is getting a little slow in reporting on us! First of all we have gotten so much bigger and we are requiring more of her time! She feeds us 5 times a day and for each time we eat, we have to be cleaned up after!!!!

And then there is our play area!! Jim decided we shouldn't eat the bark off the trees so he made a really neat cardboard protector. We like trying to break that to! You'll have to forgive Georgie for biting Jim in the butt! He did - especially after he got all the kisses from Georgie to apologize.

Then there is the fact that she just returned to her job at Champlain College - and her exercise class at 7:00AM. Her and Jim have been getting up REALLY early - except of course those few nights that Jim slept on the couch next to us to make sure we were OK through the night. Mommy is getting some breaks as we are getting weaned. But we still LOVE Mommy and she still watches out for us.

She got really nervous today when Jim and Ann took all 9 of us to the Richmond Animal Hospital - the vet! We got our first shots and we all got checked out for our new families. Also the vet assistant that we love (she helped us out of the kennel in the car ((we didn't like the kennel)), showed us off to some of the other people there. We LOVE Allison!

Then we met our first family and Diamond head a new home with a lovely family!!! Wow so much going on! Tomorrow and Sunday all our new families are coming to visit us. We hope it is sunny so we can play outside with them like we did today!

Mostly we are outside on nice days in the morning and evening. Ann and Jim even got us some teens to puppy sit us so we can play and soak up the sun.

Off to the vet - the Richmond Animal Hospital for the very first time! We were tired after our car ride and slept under the chair. We didn't even mind when we got our shots - probably because everyone was cuddling us!
