Terms

As the breeder, we want to interview prospective puppy parents. We reserve the right to place our puppies in homes we feel that will be best suited for not only the puppy but the puppy parents as well.   We also reserve the right to decline selling a puppy if we feel that is the best decision.

Return Policy

If within two weeks of taking possession of the puppy, the buyer determines that he/she cannot properly care for the puppy, the buyer may return the puppy for a refund of one third of the selling price. If the buyer is entitled to a refund under these terms and conditions, a check will be sent to the buyer within a reasonable time.

If for whatever reason after that date the buyer determines that he/she cannot properly care for the puppy, the breeder must be notified for approval of placement.

Health Guarantee

Unless previously agreed upon, all puppies will be sold with a limited registration (limited registration simply means that while this puppy may be AKC registered, its offspring cannot. It is not being sold as breeding stock).

Both parents have tested clear for hips and eyes. Each puppy will have been certified by a licensed vet prior to pick up. Your puppy has been immunized with first set of shots and wormed. A shot record is included with puppy.

For your guarantee to become affective, all buyers must have their puppy examined by a licensed vet within 5 business days after receiving their puppy. Failure to do so voids health guarantee. If the vet finds the puppy NOT to be in good health as outlined in guarantee and states so in writing, buyer must notify seller immediately. We guarantee your puppy to be free from any significant life-threatening diseases for up to twelve months after birth to original purchaser of puppy (not transferred). If any such condition is found and proven in writing by licensed vet; puppy must then be returned to us within 2 weeks. We do not take responsibility for vet bills, shots, wormer, food, toys, or boarding for puppy/dog. Buyer is responsible for transportation cost for return delivery. Minor, breed related, treatable or correctable conditions, any conditions that may go away, or a condition which a puppy will likely out grow, are not covered.  Any physical problems with or could be the result of a injury, neglect or stress are not covered under our guarantee.

The puppy/dog is considered reasonable fit for the general purposes for which it is being sold - as a pet, as is, with the purpose of being a companion animal.

The buyer agrees and binds himself to take good and reasonable care of the puppy/dog. Buyer will feed, house and keep all vaccinations and de-worming up to date.
