Our Springers are house dogs and pets. They are raised in our home with plenty of land to run. We border the Jericho-Underhill trails which gives us plenty of space for walking, running, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and hiking. When we lived in the city of Rochester, New York they were perfect "city walkers" and would accompany Ann to her downtown studio daily. In general Springers love everybody and are not suited for being guard dogs. If properly socialized, they love being with other dogs, cats, and people of all ages! They delight in playing, taking walks, cuddling, and sleeping - even with cats!
